Hello, I’m Lavet Williams, founder of Ultimate Massage Studio and a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping people feel their best through personalized, therapeutic bodywork.

My journey into massage therapy began after experiencing the benefits of massage firsthand following an automobile accident. Through my own recovery, I discovered the powerful role massage can play in reducing stress, easing tension, improving mobility, and supporting overall well-being. Inspired by that experience, I pursued a career in massage therapy and became licensed in 2011.

Since then, I have had the privilege of helping clients from all walks of life achieve their wellness goals through customized massage treatments designed to meet their individual needs.

A Passion for Supporting Mothers

One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I became a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist in 2012 and have spent more than a decade providing massage services for mothers, including serving patients at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies.

Pregnancy and motherhood bring incredible changes to the body. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where mothers can relax, recharge, and receive the support they deserve during this special season of life.

Specialized Training

In addition to prenatal and postpartum care, I am a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and have been providing lymphatic drainage massage since 2015. This gentle technique is designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic system and promote relaxation and comfort.

My professional background also includes experience as a Registered Chiropractic Assistant, giving me additional insight into musculoskeletal health, movement, and pain management.

I believe massage should never be a one-size-fits-all experience. Every session begins with listening to your concerns and understanding your goals.
