To ensure the best experience for our clients and the smooth operation of our business, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies and procedures.
1. Appointment Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person during business hours.
- Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance.
- A credit card is required to secure your booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
- Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next client.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation policy will apply.
