Policies and Procedures

To ensure the best experience for our clients and the smooth operation of our business, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies and procedures.

1. Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person during business hours.
  • Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance.
  • A credit card is required to secure your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
  • No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next client.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation policy will apply.

4. Health Considerations

  • Pease arrive 10 minutes prior to your session to complete the intake form and notify us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities.
  • For your safety, we may decline or modify treatments based on health information provided.
  • If you are experiencing illness, please reschedule your appointment. Massages are not performed on clients with active infections or fever.

5. Payment Policy

  • Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, health cards and mobile payment options.
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
  • Packages and gift certificates must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.

6. Minors

  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their session.
  • Written consent from a parent or guardian is required prior to providing services.
  • Parents or guardians are welcome to remain in the treatment room during the session if desired.

7. Personal Belongings

  • We recommend leaving valuable personal belongings at home or safely securing them during your session.
  • Ultimate Massage Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

8. Professional Conduct

  • Ultimate Massage Studio is a professional establishment. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.

9. Client Confidentiality

  • All client information, including health history and contact details, is kept strictly confidential and used solely for providing services.
  • We adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding client privacy.

10. COVID-19 and Hygiene Practices

  • Our studio follows strict hygiene protocols, including sanitizing all equipment and surfaces between clients.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please notify us to reschedule your appointment.

11. Gift Certificates and Packages

  • Gift cards and packages must be redeemed within one year of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • These items are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
